During the whole time of the retreat we will hold space for you, to make sure you always feel safe and guided.
Men and women are welcome to join on these life changing retreats. These are unique experiences and we would like everybody to have a wonderful time, which is why spaces are limited. There will be a minimum of 2 guided meditations per day and you will experience the power of a group healing. You will learn at least 3 different meditations and you will experience the energy and the wisdom of animals, stones and plants around you.
Michelle offers limited individual one-on-one sessions during the tours. If you would like to schedule a session, please talk to Michelle at the beginning of the tour.

Detailed Program
Day of Arrival: Cairo International Airport
Egypt is welcoming you at your arrival to Cairo airport, where our representative will meet you helping you throughout all formalities and transfer you by a private A/C car to your hotel to check in.
Overnight in Cairo
Day 1: Saqqara / Memphis / Giza Pyramids
Greeting the sun early in the morning, we set out to visit the ancient healing capital of the world.
We will start our tour to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser in Saqqara, home of Egypt’s oldest pyramid; it was built in the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser. You will have the chance to see one of the most beautiful pyramids and to also go inside to see the ancient Egyptian writings on the walls. Then we will proceed to Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt, to see the great Statue of Ramses II and the alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.
We move to Giza for lunch. After the lunch we will visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus and proceed to the panoramic view area to take the best photos. Finally we visit the Great Sphinx, which dates back to the time of Chephren and visit the Valley Temple of the Pyramids to take many more outstanding photos on the way.
Overnight in Cairo
Day 2: Cairo - Baharyia - White Desert
After having breakfast you will be picked up by your tour guide and driver at 07:00 am in the morning to drive about 350 km east. This journey takes about 4 hours, lunch will be served at local restaurant at Bahariya oasis. We will learn to bless our food by doing a small meditation.
We will continue driving to visit the Black Desert which was an active volcanic area 4 million years ago, as well as the natural hot spring of Valley of El Haiz where we will get into a very beautiful stylish building which looks more like those of the Bedouins. There we will hold a meditation and we will have some snacks and typical bedouine tea.
Then we drive to see the quartz crystals at Crystal Mountain where we will get more information about and from the crystals by doing a short meditation. Afterwards we will visit the rocky formations in the Valley of Agabat, which are famous for its wonderful huge rock formations and very powerful sand dunes. We will then stop in the desert to camp overnight.
We will then gather for a meditation in the desert before dinner. A nice Barbeque followed by some bedouine tea will be served. While sitting around the fire, watching the beautiful sky we will do a fire meditation, before going to our tents to sleep in our sleeping bags.
Overnight in the desert
Day 3: Black Desert - Baharyia - Cairo
Breakfast at the campsite with morning meditation, then drive to Bahariya Oasis to visit the old village of the oasis and see the groves of palms and fruit trees. Then you will be transferred to the Black Mountains to visit the sand dunes and the salt lake. After that we will visit the temple of Ain El Muftella, which was once the main water source of the old oasis capital. Before we move back to Cairo we will visit a hot spring, which is known for curing lots of diseases and the skin. This spring has a wonderful healing power and after bathing in it you will feel like newly born. Then our journey in the desert will come to an end and we will drive back to Cairo.
Overnight in Cairo
Day 4: Citadel /Mohamed Ali Mosque/Local Market
Under the beautiful sky of Cairo we will start our day. You will be picked up by us and transferred to the Citadel of Salah El Din, which was built to be a defensive place for Egypt during the crusades. Then we will visit the famous Mosque of Mohamed Ali which is one of the pretties’ mosques in Egypt and a copy of the Blue Mosque in Turkey.
In the afternoon we will visit one of the oldest markets in the world – Khan El Khalili. In the market you find all sort of incredible handcrafted goods.
The market reflects the true spirit of Egypt and we will visit one of the oldest coffee shops.

Day of Departure: Cairo International Airport
So today this beautiful experience will end. You will check out after breakfast. Our representative will pick you up and transfer you to Cairo international airport for final departure and fly to your destinations. We are sure by now you fell in love with this beautiful country and its people. We hope to see you back soon for new adventures.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation and Payment
to ensure your reservation, final payment will be due 30 days prior to the tour start. Bookings made within 30 days of the tour start will require full payment immediately upon booking. It is the responsibility of the traveler to determine that final payment reaches us on time. No booking will be considered until final deposit is received by the tour operator. Payments are to made via bank transfer. (Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties involved) Any fees charged, will be the responsibility of the sender. Please inquire about this before you make your bank transaction.
Cancellation and Refunds
due to high preparation costs, cancellations must be received in writing within 30 days of travel date. Cancellations received between than 30 and 25 days prior to departure will have a penalty of $1,000 per person; those received between 25 and 20 days will have a penalty of 75% per person. Cancellations received 20 days or less before departure will receive no refund. No refund will be made for transfers, city tours, or any other services (including meals, accommodations or transportation) voluntarily not taken.
Changes
this itinerary is subject to changes in order to adapt to possible alterations in domestic flight times or other unforeseen circumstances. The content will remain the same, barring any unanticipated complications, and will include many delightful "extras" and surprises.
Insurance
we highly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance. Make sure the insurance covers trip costs, trip cancellation & interruption, pays for loss due to unforeseen circumstances, death, injury, or illness to you or a member of your family. It should also include coverage for missed connections due to weather, pay for lost deposits due to the financial default of the airline, the tour operator, or cruise line. It should also pay for baggage delays, travel delays, medical expenses and emergency assistance.

However, Forever Egypt Tours and its agents and tour facilitators will not be held liable for delays, theft, damage, injury, or any other irregularities that may occur during the course of the journey. Forever Egypt Tours and its agents and tour facilitators will not be held liable for any changes or delays in airline schedules or missed connections, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property; additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs or itinerary; any transportation issues or problems with vehicles utilized on the tour; additional expenses incurred due to illness, weather conditions, protests, war, terrorism, quarantine, or other causes; and losses due to cancellations not subject to our Terms and Conditions.
